Returns & Exchanges
At Piglet in Bed, we want you to love your new linens, which is why we offer a 90-day return window for unwashed and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bedding that has been used or laundered.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to select the items you wish to send back.
- 2.Package Your Items
Carefully fold your items and place them back in their original linen bags and shipping box, ensuring the package is securely sealed.
- 3.Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your parcel.
- 4.Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest designated drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.
